Property Type:  Garden Style, Mid-Rise, High-Rise Apartments, and Multifamily Development Land.

Property Size:  20 – 1,000 units; individual assets or portfolios

Asset Class:  A+ to C-

Purchase Price:  $5m – $100m

Markets:  California, Washington State, Colorado, Florida, and Texas.

Source of Funds:  Internal Equity, Private Equity, and Institutional Equity.

Types of Properties:  Value-add & Opportunistic.

Property Type:  Anchored/Unanchored Retail Centers, Urban Retail, Mixed Use, Office, Single Tenant NNN.

Asset Class:  A+ to C-

Purchase Price:  $5m – $100m

Markets:  California, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Salt Lake City, Dallas, Austin and various other MSAs on a case by case basis.

Return Profile:  Value-add, opportunistic

Source of Funds:  Internal, Private capital, and Institutional Equity.

BROKERAGE RELATIONS

StarPoint views the brokers with whom we work not as liaisons during the purchase and sale process or as marketing experts, but as partners. We look to forge long term relationships, benefiting both parties equally. StarPoint does not share in brokerage commissions or seek to “bypass” brokers; rather we actively support the brokerage community by listing our properties with outside brokers. In fact, as a sign of our loyalty, we almost always list our properties with the same broker from whom we purchased the deal.
